That is a hard question because these runs did not have identical limitations.
There were certain games where I needed more than just Delcatty for certain encounters (its pretty always a hard double battle) though for every game feature the league (or whatever the final challenge is) was always beaten with one Delcatty.
For the games I could only use Delcatty and no other Pokemon, Insurgence and for official games Colosseum. There were other games like Unbound and Reborn where I had other Pokemon with me for certain encounters but as a rule they are always much lower level than Delcatty and the fact I would rarely use them meant they have no EVs. So those games could be considered harder than Insurgence but I did not play by the same rules.
