USUM are supposed to be the peak pokemon experience when it comes to having the biggest dex to date. But:

OP used the term "dex" which I assumed meant the regional dex which is one of the highest in USUM at 403 Pokémon. It's still short of XY with 457 so it's not the biggest in that regard. Having more Pokémon coded also doesn't translate to meeting more Pokémon in-game which OP used as an argument for the peak experience. Anyway, semantics.
