I already completed the main game contents for Emerald, PT, SS, W2, but I can't decide on which one to start first post game content.

B2/W2 has the most post game content with high quality out of the 4 and a good nat dex as well. The PWT is really good and B2/W2 has good puzzles to do as well.

First play white 2, then heart gold (or soul silver if you have that one), then platinum and last emerald. Heart gold has a Kyogre and soul silver has a Groudon.

Replace this garbage with RS and ORAS. Emerald is a huge downgrade from RS.

Man, I don't understand how do you guys do it. I really wanna enjoy the PWT, it seemed so exciting to me when I first learned about it, and it was the thing I was most looking forward to when playing these games. But it turns out I'm just spending more time NOT playing the PWT since there are so many pokemon I wanna try out, but having to jump through all these hoops for IV breeding and EV training all of them, deciding what moves I should give them, what other mons I should use and wondering how much they synergize with the main pokemon I wanna use, what there ev spreads should be, it's all just so exhausting to me. If it was just about getting the right natures and EVs, that's more tolerable since EVs are more controllable, and I can atleast guarantee getting a desired nature on the mon I wanna use when breeding with a Ditto holding an everstone. IVs and sometimes even abilities are the problem here though since IVs are pretty much all randomized and you can't change them, making IV breeding a huge time-waster. I try not to pay attention to them and just focus on the stat that I want the IV to be perfect in, but I just get super autistic about having the MOST PERFECT pokemon. Abilities can also be annoying since some pokemon can have two abilities, making breeding even more of a time-waster than it already is. Doesn't help that I'm just super lazy and have low energy/motivation to commit to this seemingly gargantuan task most of the time, which is why I barely bothered with the Battle Frontier in Emerald. Makes me wonder if I should even continue to bother with the PWT since getting the perfect stats in everything has been very stressful and tedious. A part of me wants to go all "fuck it we ball" and just throw all this IV breeding shit out the window, and just focus on natures and EVs.

IVs really do not matter for anything that isn't high level competitive play, all single player content can be done with 0 IV Pokemon as long as you EV train properly.
If you really wanna breeze through it then a good fighting type, a pseudo legend and Alakazam should carry you through most of it.

Pt, HGSS, and Emerald have battle frontier, which may take you hundreds of hours to finish each (Pt and HGSS are copypasted versions of each other though so only worthwhile to finish one).
Entire BW2 postgame will probably take you about 10 hours, so do it first since its actually very easy to finish.

You can inject or just grind. I got pretty far without having to inject but eventually I needed more team combinations and Hidden abilities so I injected which is fine since those abilities should have been made easily available.

He’s right though
BW2’s postgame is pretty much entirely just shitty campaign routes padded with easy trainers you can blast through in a few minutes and then never have a reason to revisit, and PWT/White Tree are both incredibly easy and designed for people who are terrible at the games to beat.

It is just side quest/puzzles/map exploration. Basically a DS version of Legends of Arceus before it existed, but not locked behind post game and is a action RPG which is expected from games now of days.
