Realistically speaking what reason other than money do trainers have to not travel all around the world to get all gimmicks for their team? Just go to Hawaii, UK, Iberia and France/Kyushu and you become a god

Ash did this in the anime in his fight against Leon (minus Terastalization of course) and the residual energy from using mega evolution, a z move and gigantimaxing back to back polluted the area, and attracted Eternatus and made it go wild

You can only dynamax and terastalize in specific locations. Theoretically Z-crystals could be found anywhere, but in-game the wormholes only appear in Alola for some reason. Mega stones should be rare, but you could find them wherever since they're from the ancient weapon's radiation and Primal Kyogre/Groudon (I think, don't quote me on it).

Terastalization is only region specific in the wild because tera crystals only form naturally in Paldea and Kitakami. The Tera Orb has never ever been said to be restricted to region and official media has shown it's perfectly functional no matter where you are
Dynamax is the only cucked gimmick that only can happen in specific spots because they have to accomodate for giants

No, retardo, megastones fall in Hoenn because they have lots of meteors and some of them transform with the radiation of the ultimate weapon, if anything Rayquaza makes it so there are even less megastones in Hoenn, since he eats meteors.
And what he's talking about is the climax of ORAS base game, which shows the nature energy (suspiciously colored with a lime color like Zygarde's) creates megastones, Kyogre and Groudon were just trying to keep all that shit for themselves, but the moment you beat it it's all released and new megastones form from the energy raining over the region

You pay attention, retard, they need the dome to have wild terastalization, not even once is said Tera Orbs need any special environment IN FACT Kieran uses his for first time outside the dome
The official take is that only dynamax needs a certain place to occur, your headcanon is an entirely different matter

you need to take into account that within the lore of the games raising Pokemon is extremely difficult, that is why most people specialize in a single type of Pokemon(poison, steel, water, etc)
the player character is just a generational talent when it comes to raising and battling Pokemon.

Yeah go ahead and travel across the world, oh but you're gonna need some money first so maybe try to battle some trainers.
Turns out the trainers you fought are richer than you are and could afford full restores and x items to spam on their pokemon so you didn't stand a chance. Loss after loss racks up and you constantly have to pay out money. Mom's starting to struggle with bailing you out and is either going to have to cut you off or start sending you more money than she can really afford to give you, making you feel like the scum of the earth. Eventually you realize you're a failure and give up before you make things even worse.

So basically you either have to be a prodigy, or start off rich in order to make it. A lot like real life!

You'd have to be an extremely skillful trainer to have access to the gimmicks think about it, in Kalos they're so rare that you don't get one until Korrina's grandfather decides to give away one he's had stored away but he only has one so you are pitted against your rival for it and win crushing her in the process in front of your friend group and even then it's not over, you still have to find mega stones

In Alola, you can't get a Z ring as a foreigner unless you have influence and money, the only other way for a foreigner to get one is to be acknowledged by the Tapu of one of the four islands and even then they still need to find someone willing to refine the stone into a z ring and finally need to find z crystals.

Dynamax is the easiest of the methods to obtain every single pokemon trainer who takes up the gym challenge can receive one no restrictions.

Tera orbs are rather difficult to obtain as well, you can only get them by the following methods, enrolling in a school that teaches that and reaching a high enough rank or status that grants you one, working for the paldeain pokemon league as a staffer or stealing one.

So for a trainer to have all four methods at their disposal they would have to rely on nepotism, money, their heroism and just plain luck.

even in the new anime the cast has access to tera and mega through those methods, I doubt they'll gain the ability to dynamax since it's been made abundantly clear that method only works in Galar both in game and in the anime, but they could use Z moves, the anime proved they work outside of Alola and in the games you can still fire them off in Ultra worm hole locations

You can't use them outside their region.
Even in the Ruby and Sapphire remakes, it's said that it's strange that you can use the Mega outside of Kalos. The other gimmicks, however, have no exceptions and you can only use them in certain places.

Mega stones are stones imbued with Infinity Energy, you could, in theory, create more of them by deliberately blasting stones with Infinity Energy, because that's how they were incidentally created by the Ultimate Weapon.
I'm assuming that's what happened between XY and ZA, because that makes the most sense to me, it also has the potential for humor with characters valuing older mega stones far more than 'fake' mega stones, not realizing that all mega stones are inherently artificial.
The much dumber alternative is that Lysandre's botched mass culling somehow created more mega stones than AZ's successful mass culling.
The dumbest alternative is that this isn't going to be addressed at all, meaning we just have to assume no more were created since the Ultimate Weapon was first fired, more were just found over time and mega stones are retroactively not as special as we were told.

Even if its against the rules to spam them, often times you can see trainers use up to 2 full restores. That's the equivalent of $60.
And disregarding that, rich trainers can train their pokemon with vitamins and bottlecaps. How are you going to compete against that if you can't even get started? They've got access to the best hold items and TMs that are only given out to the top performs in battle facilities, the best you've got is a few oran berries from your mom's garden.
Every single pokeball costs $2. You fail to catch something with it and you're just out that money you really can't afford to be losing.

Your teraorb is automatically filled for important battles sometimes too, and Kitakami doesn't even have tera orbs for obvious reasons and your orb recharges in the center too, I think the idea is just that it takes some time for the orb to work again, nothing else. Maybes sense too considering the way it works is literally by throwing a mini-Terapagos at some pokemon

I count over 30 in just the first layer, I don't think it's an overestimation to say Guzma had 150 Bug-Z there alone, and that's just what a gang leader can get, not even all Bug-Z in the entirety of Hawaii. How many *strong* bug type trainers are the in the world? We don't even have Bug Elite 4 except for one single twink in Sinnoh
And now let's make 150 (should be more but whatever) crystals per type, that's 2700 crystals. Sure there are more than 2700 trainers in the world but how many STRONG, famous, wealthy trainers are there that could take a vacation to Alola and get a crystal? Even if we limit it to only Elite 4, Champions, Battle Facility trainers and protagonists there are still way more than enough crystals

No, retardo, NATURAL terastalization of wild pokemon only happenss in Paldea AND in Kitakami, and artificially in the terarium. Tera Orbs don't need anything else to function, just like Z-Rings don't need to be in the same place where Z-crystals naturally spawn or Mega Rings don't need to be used where megastones appear

Let's say the combined wide of the 110 (aprox) power spots in Galar somehow makes up for 5% of the size of the whole Galar/UK (242,495 km2) (no way they take that much space but let's do a favour to Dynamax and say it does) and that the terarium is Idk, just 1% of Castelia city/New York (778.18 km2).
Now Iwate (Kitakami) is 15,275.01 km2, Iberia (Paldea) is 583,254 km2, Kyushu (Hoenn) is 36,782.37 km2, France (Kalos) is 632,702.3 km2 and Hawaii (Alola) is only 16,638 km2 wide, so in descending order the availability would be like this
>the items required to use megaevolution are found within a 669,484.67 km2 wide area and can be used anywhere
>the items required to use Terastalization are found within a 598,536.7918 km2 wide area and can be used anywhere
>the items required to use Z-moves are found within a 16,638 km2 wide area and can be used anywhere
>the items required to use Dynamax can only be used in a 12,124.75 km2 wide area despite being found within a 242,495 km2 wide one
