I might add, its still a kid's game, regardless what the faggots sperging on the internet want, so I'd be more inclined to believe they still retain the turn-based engine. I mean, if they were going to change it, surely they'd rip the band-aid off and replace SV with L: Z-A and the "new" battle engine for VGC this year, rather than wait and draw it out further (not as if they didn't force VGC players to move carts constantly in past Gens). TBC ensures kids can still compete vs older players. rather than being wrecked by teenage nolifes with better twitch reflexes (also means older adults can enjoy the battles too). There is a reason this new engine is in L: Z-A and like the last Legends game, it seems to have been added so the game wouldn't be a slavish re-tread of the core mechanics in a revealed region (especially as it's not intended to be a Kalosian rehash like people still think it is).
