I wish devs would allow for more customization. Its nice that you can play vanilla or with changes, but i would want Typhlosion to be fire/ghost if it has to be changed at all, to fit in with hisuian additions, not fire/psychic and sunflora as fire/grass and my only option otherwise is just play regular crystal.
Also when do the non-vanilla encounters begin? I got to goldenrod with just a normal team

I'm sorry but I did look at each of the images and tried to understand. Why would I play this over something like regular crystal, Perfect Crystal, or Crystal Clear?

Blew it all with third protagonist (who is male, based on anime's Jackson/Vincent but the game treates him as an enbie).
Also, they ran out of good ideas. They're trying to add new plots, more and more content, which gradually becomes more retarded.
