Sure. It's interesting to have a psychic as an actual character here, usually they're just random trainers or gym leaders. Here his psychic powers are a plot point.

There are actually a LOT of espers in the Pokemon franchise. It's funny, they stand out with SV's modernization despite being there from the beginning. I think Tulip is an esper, and the warp panels in Area Zero surprised me, but Silph Co has warp panels so why should they surprise me?

Knife schizo is an extremely autistic Chinese guy who has a deranged hate boner against a handful of male rivals, but mostly Avery. You can find him all over the internet when you look for posts about Avery, but he posts here regularly as well.
He's very easy to recognize on 4chan. I mean 90% of his posts are seething about Avery so that's already a giveaway, but he also always says the same things. The "stab with a kitchen knife" is his most common schizo babble of course, but also "attractive females" and his weird taped mouth fetish of course. There's a lot of other phrases he repeats, and generally has a stilted way of talking like a lot of low functioning autists do, like Justin (the Reshiram guy) or Chris-chan.
Also the vast majority of pictures he posts are very low quality for some reason. They are scaled weirdly, usually very small and have tons of jpg compression. I don't even know how he does it in this day and age. Maybe he's using a PC running Windows XP or something. Also, his filenames are often in Chinese or Japanese, or simple English names that describe the image very straight forward in 1-3 words and are in all lowercaps.

My personal theory is that he hates Avery because he secretly finds him sexually attractive, but he doesn't like the thought of being gay so this is how he copes. That's also why he puts so much emphasis on how he likes "sexy waifus" even though he's obviously obsessed with Avery instead of his "waifus".
