Eevee is the representative of normal type.

charizard, venusaur, lucario, nidoking, garchomp, pidgeot, buzzwole, tyranitar, gengar, dragonite, metagross and gardevoir should all be expelled for being dual type. every type except flying has multiple monotype representatives that are better picks and even flying has one.
gen 1 is also overrepresented as stated by others previously. there should be two mons from each gen.
