The Jennies are barely background characters and don't have any standout episodes about them in the Kanto series, their obscurity makes sense.

Officer Jennies and Nurse Joys reproduce through transformations especially tgtfs. They kidnap young naive trainer mostly males but also some females and transform them into copies of themselves. They like transforming boys into girls that's why there are a lot more Jennnies and Joys who used to be boys instead of just normal girls. The Jennies and Joys who used to be normal girls instead of boys are higher ranked in their society but no one who isn't a Joy or Jenny knows about their hierarchy or how they come to be and believe the claim that they are all just sisters or cousins.
