For me, it isn't about the impregnation itself, but the 9 months of aftermath. There's a lot of male impregnation out there, but there's less showing men with pregnant bellies (which is what I like). Though I understand it's a bit of an “out there” fetish...
My own degeneracy aside, there's a very good reason why “get pregnant” became a meme. Despite the fact that most people don't do it for that anymore, the reason why sex exists in the first place is for procreation. It only makes sense that people would find it hot, even with sexual orientations where it isn't even possible anyways.
