He's one of the best new cards. It's like reverse Penny, which is good cause Penny fucking sucks Vaporeon dick. Not only does it scope their hand so you can see every possible move they have, but it lets you throw a potentially valuable card back into the deck. I've run both - Macargo is more unreliable but similar. This is like Lugia + Macargo in between since Ho-Oh still softens up a target before the big nuke, and you have healing + bounce so sustain much better into the mid-game.

Macargo is fun but more easily bricked. The worse brick is starting Ho-oh, or Rayquaza without a Pokeball. Starting Rayquaza and getting Ho-oh/2nd Ray on turn 2 is also a fine start cause you just build up the backline and Lima Rayquaza back into your hand after it tanks a bit. Though I modified it to remove one of my rocky helms in place of a Leaf to see if it helps bail me out of a bad start. So far my win rate with this deck is much better than Macargo.
