The only thing the top two have in common are species, coloration, and maybe a vague leaf shape
Meanwhile, the bottom have extremely close silhouettes and proportions. Compare them with any other bipedal rabbit, and it is clear one is ripping off the other.
Pic related is probably Digimon's closest comparison to the bottom two and still very clearly distinct in proportion.

The top two are hardly comparable.
The bottom two are practically color-swaps.
You can't argue they are similar due to being based on the same thing and provided an example of a bipedal rabbit that is significantly different.
