all artists would love to submit their ideas, and to be honest I find quite weird they still rely on a art department team, probably something of a legacy from the previous directors since they could do what capcom does with megaman and just get them from contests then hire a dozen interns or just use an ai to filter the designs, that should save some shekels considering their budget
