The main problem of Lebanne is that she is supposed to be a strong female character that is in a position of submission due to losing a bet.
That's a classic trope.
But then she goes and says "oh, I've been doing this for two years too". That's when her character suffers.
This kind of trope is a childish bet, but it should be something that lasts one week to one month tops. Two years implies that Jacinthe probably mindbroke her into being her personal maid and bodyguard. You can't respect a character that tries to go hard when it willingly wants to be a bottom.
In fact, this fumble makes Jacinthe looks dangerous, because (as faes of old do) she made something to keep her in check, and probably will keep doing it. And Lebanne has no idea she was broken in the first place.

This makes Lebanne look weak, and Jacinthe a person that you respect but also fear. Which, ironically, improves Jacinthe's popularity.
Lebanne sucks because Jacinthe took her power. This is fucking nuts.

As an artist, this is kind of silly to me since it's so early. The artists you saw making all those "generic" fanarts likely didn't even play or get very far in the game, they saw a pretty design and viral tweets on twitter and wanted to draw her. You guys want more interesting and unique art now but artists are human, and the artists who actually want to make substantial art or comics of her are going to take a bit longer. Some are still playing the game. Some may be busy or have a slow art process. Some may still be trying to learn more about Jacinthe before they decide how to portray her. Yes it means the threads will slow down, but so what? It just means the burst of clout-hungry artists rushing to hop on trends is dying down. Good fan-content can't be rushed.

Number one basic candidate? Paxton/Harmony. Corbeau/Ivor would be number two.
Almost any fighting, dark, or dragon type trainer, basically would also work. But I think it would be more interesting if they were a high rank trainer, like a late gym leader, a champion/elite four member, or somebody on that kinda level. Makes Jacinthe’s strength more palatable than if she were to bulldoze a weakling.
Also, any burly man, grouchy personality type, or really prideful/angry character would make being a maid extra humiliating, so they’d be tsun-tsun about it.
But as much as we like to talk about crossdressing and humiliation, I’d like to see Jacinthe bounce off a character that is also naturally girly, too. Either so they’d could be very in sync with each other, giggling, having tea parties, being cute together, or maybe they could have some kind of rivalry? I’d actually think Whitney would be a cool pick, she’s naturally girly, but she’s also a bratty teen who’s more modern and into trends, and a sore loser. As time goes by, I’ve grown to prefer her canon color scheme, and I think it’s Gamefreak’s shitty lighting that makes her skin look off. Unfortunately, now that means I like fanart that drastically alters her hair and clothing color a bit less. Pic related great though.

To be fair, getting an accurate handle on jacinthe’s color scheme is hard because her colors vary a lot depending on lighting. Sometimes she’s a cool purple, a warm purple, or a pastel pink. Sometimes her dress contrasts enough with her hair or it blends in. Your image for example looks like the artist referenced one of the shots where her clothing/hair appear very washed out.

In that screenshot, the overall lighting is very warm (yellow) so that’s why she’s so pink and orange. Jacinthe is definitely intended to purple, so pink is not accurate if you’re drawing neutral lighting/her normal color scheme. Her clothes are very pink leaning purple, so naturally there’s a bit of warmth to her colors because of that. But I actually think she’s meant to be cool toned. She’s blue-black, not orange-brown, and her clothes/hair serve to complement that by also being bluish
