Ok bros I need some clarification on the bench method
Been hunting for Fennekin for 3 straight days in Wild Zone 18 and nothing.
However everything in the vicinity already turned shiny once or twice. Bagon, Noibat/vern, Swablu/Altaria, A. Lopunny & Salamence. Even the Mawile and Eevee behind the rooftops became shiny too.
I have the shiny charm so that should lessen my odds to 1024

My question is: Are the Pokemon around stealing the shiny odds count for the Fennekin?
Or do I just go through 1024 bench resets and a shiny Fennekin will appear eventually?
I hope the first question isn't right because who knows how long I have to keep rolling.

Specifically with Gible each of the 5 holes have an 8% chance for Gible than a 5% chance for that 8% chance spawn to be alpha. Than the Shiny odds whether that's full or charm. It's way harder than the other pseudos which mostly have guaranteed spawns and 20% chances to be alpha, besides Bagon which is only 5% but has the set alpha Salamence

More information about coming out about Zone 15 is Pumpkaboo shiny will not save if you AFK it. Sizes don't get saved so shiny doesn't get saved. If you see one catch it ASAP, if you want to hunt one, you can't bench or fast travel spam.

Distance spawning, it sucks but with 2-3 larvitars at a time it's definitely faster than any bench method.
Haven't gotten an alpha yet, just 3 shiny larvitars. I took a break and spent some time grinding area 20 with the same method. Finally got my first shiny starter in a charmander, shame he wasn't a big boy though because I have 2 other pentaperfect Zards I MMd generations ago.

If you're trying for an alpha the zone 15 Larvitars are far worse. only 5% chance instead of 20% on all the city ones.

After noticing only 3 drilbur holes in 8, I restarted the game, did a reward match, and killed everything in that zone. Now there's 6. Is this actually indicative of anything or just placebo? Well probably the latter, but I'll keep doing it occasionally if I feel like the spawns aren't hitting.

are any of the ZA royale battle zones useful for farming? I found the one across the street from the area 15 larvitars isn't bad, you can warp to it, take the holovater to the roof and run to the larvitars pretty quickly.

If you can macro I recommend setting one up that starts with flying to the area instead. Running back and forth can desync because of day/night cycles and things getting in the way and the bench is the slowest method. The way I set up mine is pick a fly point to begin the route, then I'll move to within the respawn radius, then open the map and fly back. This is almost always faster than bench resetting and you can leave it running forever and will never desync because it starts from a stable location. For Ralts specifically that means flying to Cafe Triste and running left a few seconds until you reach the wall near their spawn.

The one with 10 battles gives 10 Exp Candy L and 10 Pearl Strings which you can sell for 100k. Each battle gives almost 4k so you profit 40k and 10% of exp needed to get to lv100. I don't recall exactly how much Big Nuggets sell for but I think for grinding money the Sushi place might be better. You can finish the set much faster by using AOE moves and having less text boxes to go through.

Gonna make both alphas in 20 shiny at the same time because why not lol

Nah, once they spawn they're locked even if you can't see them. The teleporter exploit in labs puts you close enough to spawn Beldum and Metang, you can tell because you can hear their idle noises.

Froakie is easy, fly to 16 or 5 and you can see it immediately. Fennekin i didn't even hunt it just was shiny one time i went to check it while running through all the zones but should be easy benching it. Chespin you just repeatedly fly to 17 and check the burrows every 40-60 mins. Prepare for many Diggerbys.

i found a shiny chespin this morning. you can just spam fast travel to 17 and it'll appear eventually. you'll probably see the sparkles from outside of the zone, depending where the holes appear. i did at least. found the chespin while taking a break from hunting froakie, which i still haven't found

Is it true that ground level benches won't reset things on rooftops? I don't know how to validate because getting on the rooftop is enough distance that it would reset anyway.

likely won't happen again but that is a good idea. i was only like 10 catches away from finishing and never had to worry about running out of balls to catch fodder before so it didn't cross my mind.

It's really inconsequential, there's not enough pokemon around to take up every slot, so you could just have every Bellsprout be shiny and it wouldn't keep you from a Shiny Dratini.

After getting dozens of shinies, I'm pretty sure I have 10 banked. Last big hunt was in zone 14 for Onix, filled half a box with shinies, but I've hit a dry spell. Tried going for Honedge and 5+ hours later, nothing. The only shinies I've found are birds I probably passed over before.

What are some overlooked hiding spots? Any tips for narrowing down where the banked 10 might be?
