Games where the people naming them were on acid
For me, it's licensors being on acid.
>>11791249Matthew Mercer (Leon's voice actor) worked as a playtester on this game.
>spanky
>is a monkey
What did they mean by this?
Greg Norman's Shark Attack! The Ultimate Golf Simulator
>>11791302Speaking of monkey games...
>>11791249Tsch, extreme sports? What's next, Berenstain Bingo?
>>11791373The Berenstain Bears fucking throwdown.
>>11792640Wasn't that just a game based on a TV show of the same name? Same as picrel.
>>11792703this is legal in most countries.
>>11792428wouldve been better if transbot was holding a copy of transbot
>>11792741At least they put more effort into it than Black Belt
Pussy: Love Story from Titanic
>>11792690It was based on The Young Ones, yes.
>>11791201 (OP)I dunno man that looks like a completely accurate and succinct title.
>>11792402Literally who wastes their time making this shit, let alone publishing it?
>>11792690This, however, looks cool though.
Bionic Granny was some kind of Game Maker shit wasn't even coded in assembly language.
>>11792930Whoa, that thing had a floppy disk release.
Majestic Twelve: The Space Invaders Part IV
Super Space Invaders '91 is a bland title, but does the job better in an arcade environment.
>>11791201 (OP)>Game is named "Bionic Granny">It's about a bionic grandmotherWhat point are you trying to make? That's a perfectly reasonable name for such a game.
>>11795228Attack of the Mutant Alien Octopus People
>>11795197Looking further, apparently Majestic 12 was a hot meme conspiracy theory in the late 1980s among the UFO crowd, so the name makes a bit more sense.
>>11792930Looks like Juan Gimenez art
>>11797223It is. He did covers for seceral Spanish computer games in the 80s.
It's more like a continent than a country. You might think think that it's fine because Australia is a continent and a country but that's because you're a fucking idiot. Australia doesn't have rainforests and frozen tundra. You then might think that as you progress through the game that time is passing with you so the seasons are shifting but then you'd be wrong again because you can easily got back to an old level and the weather is exactly as it was before. You then might think that time is passing as you travel backwards so by the time you get to the level you're going to it's back to being the season it was the 1st time you visited it but if you think that you're a goddam sheep. You can jump through any order of levels which would take greatly varied amounts of time and when you get back to any level the weather will be exactly the same. Time is no factor, ot's not the season it's the fucking climate. Trust me, I've tried, the weather never changes, ot's always the same no matter when you go to it. This has darker connotations too since if the "country" was a land mass amon an orb spinning in space then not only the weather but the time of day would have some variance as well and there os none. None.
>>11799932Every discrepancy you've pointed can be resolved by assuming DKC takes place in Russia.
One of the few Game Gear games I actually enjoyed.
Zombie Dinos from Planet Zeltoid
>>11791201 (OP)Americans CANNOT understand the British sense of humour. As an Australian I've been subjected to both and can get it. Also, and related, Americans just can't understand the 1980s British bedroom programmer mentality and so we get all these "oi speccy" memes. Do better, seppos.
This is ๆดใใๅๅคฉ็ ("Hooligan tengu")
>>11795203WTF
>>11791201 (OP)This cover looks like a random early 90s OVA that is excessively gory for no reason.
>>11801470Nah, lots of us do. I grew up with Monty Python and Benny Hill.
>>11801470Bongs and their penal colony really think theyโre something too special to be comprehended, rather than simply applying occamโs razor and realizing theyโre not nearly as clever as they think they are.
>>11795228From what I understand, this was supposed to have a contest where you would literally name the game, but it never happened so they just said "Fuck it, that's the name now". However I think it should be called Sharktopus: A Tale of Love of Betrayal.
>>11792710It's mandatory in glorious Islamic Kingdom of Britbongistan!
