You could try with Winlator on Android. In my experience though it's really hard to get older games running on Winlator (somewhat ironic, you'd expect lowest power games to run the best).

Wind and Water Puzzle Battles is an easy recommend for anyone who likes puzzle games.
It has a fun Puyo Puyo-style story mode, and unlike most doujin games the creators are actually fluent in English so there's no concern about translation quality.

Played Melty Blood and BBB 1st Impression (maybe will give Revolve a try). These two were really fun and polished.

I've played and beaten both the old version (mouse/trackball) and the new switch port. The port actually is the better version controls-wise, though the old one was better without voice acting IMHO. I love how over-dramatic the remastered music is, though!

Anyone have any experience getting any of these old games to work on the Steam Deck?

I've been able to play : RBO, Battle Moon Wars and Full Metal Sister Marilu.

RBO works fine as long as you install all the expansion stuff on your PC before copying it over

BMW also works but it has this bug that crops off 1 or 2 characters at the end of every sentence during character dialog (at least in eng translation), also seems like switching between 30-60FPS modes or playing for more than a couple hours has a random chance of slowing everything to like 15FPS until you restart the game, not sure if some sort of memory leak or what, works fine otherwise though.

FMSM also works fine but it took me a while to get it to run until I figured I had to edit the config.ini to disable full screen mode (also works on newer Windows, btw).

Anyone know how to get Ultimate Knight Windom XP or Queen Of Heart 99 to run? Niche old games on a niche OS means no info at all online. I did find a tutorial for QOH99 and newer Windows versions, but I lost interest when I saw it involved downloading some external app.
