One, yes you were expected to actually engage with the unique mechanics of the game like Draw. Obviously if you can draw magic from enemies, then bosses would have the best magic to draw and big ???? on their magic list is your signal that you really want that one. Catering to literal retards like you with zero initiative to explore a game but still feels entitled to be handed everything in it is why modern games are shit.

Oh no, your stat goes down one point for every 5 spells you cast. The game is ruined. Fuck you little shit heads are so averse to even the concept of trade-offs and choices. FFVIII has one of the softest most forgiving trade-off systems imaginable and STILL it mindbreaks you.
You call these systems braindead and stupid but immediately reveal you have no clue how they work, and still don't see the three fingers pointing back at yourself.
