Luger, Sting and even Hogan got their classic attires in World Tour, but Randy Savage doesn't get any classic attires, all his attires are nWo-related.
> Luger even has his two outfits from his WWF days: Narcissist and Lex Express
> Sting gets three outfit palette variations of his old early 96 Surfer look
> Hogan has two variations of his Hulkster outfit: one with the yellow shirt.
> Savage should've gotten at least two variations of his bright colored outfits that he wore up until Halloween Havoc '96 to go with his nWo attires (especially the thunderbolt pants like Hogan had).

Undertaker doesn't have any deadman outfits in NoMercy, all his alts are American Badass related. Mankind gets to keep his brown alt however (and Cactus Jack/Dude Love/Mick Foley variant characters)

But the outfits are in the game and you can easily edit alts in No Mercy.

This gets overshadowed by all the sequels but if anything I like the super puro-sounding music in the game.

World Tour had the best soundtrack in the AKI series.
