this game is weird. it doesn't have a lot of gameplay depth, but it oozes SOVL. tons of little things that aren't the main focus of the game but give it character and life. i remember loving just clicking on the lego guys because of the stupid as fuck whistling sound effect it made.

Somehow didn't play this despite being the perfect age when it came out. Mucked around with it for an hour or so last night. A lot of passion went into this game, you can tell. Nothing too exciting but it does get the imagination going. I wish Nintendo had done something like this with the Pilotwings 64 characters, like being able to get out of a vehicle and just explore an island on foot and do sidequests related to different cars, planes, helicopters etc.

Total dogshit humour that no kid was probably laughing at lmao.

I told my friend about this who introduced me to this game when I was a kid but he hasn't replied yet.
