It is one of the first openworld RPGs before that became cancerous. Would recommend for at least a fair try with no real reason to complete outside curiosity.
That said the sound is nonexistent outside footsteps, music is haunting and half midi budget trash. Fights are basically Quest 64 but with an actual party. Graphics is only saved by the monster designs because that fucking pug faced guy's mullet is so awful I keep replacing it in my mind with different hair styles and the low poly characters look terrible overall. Best selling point is the story and the way it is delivered to the point where I openly reminisce about it sometimes when comparing it to all the shit that comes out now.
