This is basically Duke Nukem 3D merged into Wolfenstein 3D
Technically not bad given the limitations of the Genesis hardware
but it does not hold a candle to the actual Duke Nukem 3D game.

As a Wolfienstien 3D clone, the engine is actually quite competent. The game moves at a pretty good framerate and has a minimal screen boarder. The game just steals tile and sprite assets from Duke Nukem 3D, The music is pretty good. Yeah it was made by Tec-Toy and sold in Brazil. It runs a little smoother than something like Battlefrenzy/ Bloodshot:
