This might make some people angry but the last I played the remaster on ps4 was pretty much 1:1 except they let kids buy zero recoil weapons which were not on the original game but they didn't cause problems because they were literally only used by 7yo kids.

I'm playing through the PS3 version of Black Ops 1 right now which runs in the region of 960x540 and still manages to drop frames notably harder than the 360 version. Truly the peak PS3 multiplatform experience.
I'm still enjoying the game though fuck it.
Also not retro I don't care if you try and squeeze the PC version in on a technicality these are PS360 games at their core.

A platform is the sum of its part, hence why everywhere you look online the FDS, Sega CD, 32x etc etc are all listed as seperate platforms.

The word "platform" doesn't really apply to computers because almost each individual computer is a different platform (and if you think I'm exagerating you need to realize that back in the day devs had to manually program support for every kind of soundcards and GPU they wanted to support); but that's how the mods wrote it so as a result we can only take it literally and "Windows XP" is not a platform by itself because you're not playing CoD4 with just an install disc for windows XP and no computer.

Anyone that isn't a troll understands that the intent of the rule was to have a 2001 hardware cut-off. The mods just fucked up by using the word platform. It also makes no sense to cut off console hardware at 2001 and let PC hardware go all the way up to 2005 or even 2007 when PC hardware was already more advance to begin with .
