Are any of them worth playing? Pic related looks very beautiful from the screenshots.

Even as a child obsessed with Bionicle, I thought Bionicle Heroes's gameplay was mediocre at best, though I appreciated the fanservice and music. I've heard good things about Bionicle: The Game, though I haven't played it.

The flash point and click games were top tier
There are a few other flash games floating around but not as memorable
The sidescrolling GBA game is mediocre
The two top down GBA adventure games are decent
Bionicle (Mask of Light) is abject shovelware
Bionicle Heroes on GBA is a mediocre top down shooter
Bionicle Heroes on DS is actually a really good Metroid Prime Hunters clone
Bionicle Heroes on console is a decent third person shooter but mindlessly easy

Any bionicle fan/community project is a waste of time

I heard the console/PC Bionicle Heroes was pretty difficult if you never upgraded your weapons/armor, so that might be a fun challenge run?

Also the PS2 '03 game IS rushed garbage. But, there is a mod that fixes bugs and restores a shitton of cut content, so if someone's REALLY curious, they should try it thru that.

Yeah I remember Bionicle Heroes being fucking impossible when I was little (I definitely still beat it though) and it turned out I just never upgraded my characters. I replayed it a few years ago and Nuparu's (black toa) weapon is basically a screen wipe when it's fully upgraded.

No, if you run outta health you lose the mask (Toa) you were currently using, and if you lose all your Toa in a level then you get booted out I believe.

Heroes console version is repetitive, but fun. Heroes DS is a straight up good game and I wish they had taken that route with the console version. Maze of Shadows on the GBA is great and imo edges out Heroes DS
