I have yet to visit a place in America that has arcade games without this. Sometimes Site 4 will be the only game there other times it's with a bunch of other games but Site 4 is always there.

I'm the opposite. While not bad by any means, Site 4 feels a bit soulless compared to the original, and I say this as somebody with a dedicated Site 4 cab (for which I still need to get an original A51 PCB).

They put more effort into the environments and the feeling of an actual sort of story in the first one, although the gunplay feels nicer and the enemy deaths are done way better in Site 4.

Sprites are fine for FPS but they just don't feel right for light gun games. You're holding a physical 3D gun in your hands, your targets should be 3D also.

I'm a big light gun fan, but I've never cared for area 51.

too bad i don't get inverted colors on the Maximum Force combo, because the video was re-encoded. Costs me less than a dollar for a complete play-through though.

Yup, Site 4 feels more like a shooting gallery game with an alien theme, while the first game feels like you're a character in a cheesy alien action movie.
