It is paramount that you avoid filling the bottom row of column 10, since doing that will mean a return to right well will require at least one extra burn. If you place the O to the left like the other anon said, the only way to get out of this predicament while only burning two lines would be by placing an S piece in columns 9 and 10, effectively creating a piece dependency.
