Was it forced, or just the terms of a contract? I recall one of the things Nintendo did to convince retailers to stock the NES after the Crash of 83 was offer to buy back any unsold systems or games.

I did see Saturn games in game informer and EGM, but Saturn always had the least coverage. There would full multiple articles on an upcoming Psx or N64 game, dozens of reviews, and then like one page of Saturn reviewing 3 games with a paragraph devoted to each. 3 games as a pack in for a 200$ console was a pretty good deal for the time

If he doesn't like a topic (accusing it of being talked about too much) he will leave a first or second post that is some put-down and insult as he indirectly calls on jannies to delete the thread for him. Of course, when someone enters a thread and the first post is "this is stupid, this thread shouldn't have been made" it makes them not want to join in on a discussion that has already been declared worthless.
If it was rare to see, I wouldn't even notice it.
The fact that he's been doing this for so long and is STILL doing it to threads of every subject is insane. And, no, nothing you report him for will work. His extreme low quality posts will keep coming, trying to stop all discussion of retro games.
