It has a very good amount of games to play with your friends but not many interesting single player titles, the Saturn did a better job catering to serious gamers.

The saturn was just out a lot longer and has what feels like a full library of games. But then dreamcast is a much better machine that delivers games contemporary for its time. The library kind of ends too early

Skeptical, I can't imagine doing that would be easy. It would take a lot of work to determine exactly what files were needed together. You would also need to modify the game code to tolerate missing files and show a swap disc prompt.
