One of the best Street Fighter games. The practice mode with the challenges was really fun. It may not be the best SF game but I had a lot of fun with it, probably because it came out at a time where I actually had friends to play with. Street Fighter 2 I only played alone on my mega drive and it was still awesome.

It's supposed to be like that, it just looks stupid. His attacks have spikes coming out of his body, but usually in linear patterns (shoulders, calves, knees, elbows). One of his throws is hoisting an opponent over his head and having a bunch of spikes impale and throw them upwards.
How he does that? Garuda is an "embodiment of evil", whatever that is.

Trivia: just like Noob Saibot being in MK3 is relatively unknown (he was a clone of Kano in MK3), Garuda is actually the final boss of the original SFEX2. Bison only became the final boss in SFEX2 Plus (he wasn't present in the original EX2).
