The game was coldly received, so by the time N64 actually released it was not a desirable game to port.

3D Lemmings was ported to Saturn. Sony did not rein in Psygnosis for a few years after acquiring them, so a number of their PS1 games also appeared on Saturn and Windows. They did manage to release Wipeout 64 on duh 64 before getting stripped of publishing privilege by SCEE.
