>>11845850Mega Man is way, way easier in terms of platforming and combat, and is way more forgiving. Even with continue code, I would still say Mario is harder, and without, it's no contest. The bosses are already pretty simple, and using weaknesses makes them a complete pushover. There are like one or two tricky sections with platforming, but nothing even remotely close to worlds 7 and 8 in SMB.
Yellow Devil is tricky, but he has a very predictable pattern that once you know it, you can never fail, or alternatively, you can use the very common glitch to completely trivialize him.
