It's an arcade style score attack game. It wasn't marketed that way, but if you know what you're doing it's really fun. It's a shame people often go in expecting something it's not and then get disappointed.

Definitely in a David Bowie kind of way but yeah.

NiGHTS into Dreams is a masterpiece. In a thousand years it will be one of the few games that still resonates with technohumanoids of the that time

I actually enjoy playing Nights more than Sonic. It's the kind of game where you can just load it up, try to set a new high score, fail and still have fun. Get on my hipster level.

Reminder that if you never had a king pian castle you never beat the game. Just sayin
