Because her game was not focused on just the action stages and instead they wasted time on the other gameplay modes. A chaotic Tron action game where you pilot a mech and direct the servbots in more ways besides just looting and swarming enemies, directing them to build fortifications, steal junk to turn into weapons/resources, swarm up on reaverbots, that should have been the focus instead of wasting time with box pushing, or atleast the basis for a sequel. Basically Pikmin if Olimar had a mech suit that could fight, that is ideally what a Tron game could be.

Never once was it stated Pikmin was better, but Capcom had a concept like it and could have beat Nintendo to the punch with the idea. Arguably, her game is also similar to the Overlord franchise.
