Damn this game is pretty underrated. Just started it, hopefully it stays this good.

It's really good but felt too short. Not that 3-4 hours is too bad for an SNES action game but the setup with the battery saving gave the feeling there'd be more to it

The same people that made this made Hook on the SNES and also Spawn on the SNES

I vaguely remember playing this game. From what I remember, it was deep-routed in Indian mythology and the music was very Indian. That's actually all I remember about the game, just another generic platformer otherwise.

It's not generic at all. I'm not sure what constitutes generic to you, but it certainly rises above most of the library in terms of controls, level design, bosses etc. It's odd it's not a more discussed game

Man those games are shit. I don't know how this game is so solid then. Its got bits and pieces from other games but is programmed tightly enough like any other Japanese developed classic. Its a shame they weren't able to make a sequel that was longer and more fleshed out. So far theres been a few annoying stages and bosses but overall it's one of the tightst and polished feeling action platformers on the snes.

I really hate that guy's scrunched-up face. Why do Japanese people like that sort of thing
