I think this series still holds up tremendously, I find the shooting very satisfying compared to modern offerings.

100% agree, it is very satisfying.
Im also happy that no one will make another game of it.

for what the timesplitters games gave us
-characters
-maps
-game modes
-map creator
etc.

there is no way in hell that a modern company WONT jew us out entirely and charge for battle passes and shit.
not even that, but the modern 'environment' will make half the characters gay and shit

(please dont mention the ts4 leaked gameplay, its too painful to look at)

Based thread anon. Just replayed 3 (and socom 3) and both have a lot of added vehicle play, felt like they were chasing halo. I think 2 has tighter level design but 3 has a some fever dream qualities of 1. 1 is great to just run through and plays very fast for a launch title.

Yeah I know there are a couple TS1 truthers on the board, they like the simplicity and I think they are speedrunners. I am not so I prefer 2/3 but to each their own.
