I'm retarded so take what I say with a grain of salt, but I.Q. is mostly pattern recognition speed right? If that's the case then really any fast paced puzzle game would help.

Nah there's a bunch of different stuff they have you do in a test usually, memorization, arithmetic, verbal comprehension, etc. The problem is you can definitely practice it to get a higher score, at which point all an IQ test is measuring is how good you are at taking IQ tests
