Now that's a poor usage of the term. Kusoge as the term says, it's for bad games. Real fighting kusoge are stuff like The Masters Fighters or FIST which are incredibly bad. For a long time people use it for broken stuff, but that doesn't make it trash (unless you're a contrarian). Then there's bakage, but that's another thing.

Ultra Fight Da Kyanta 2 is commonly called kusoge. Dong Dong Never Die is commonly called kusoge. These games are terrible but they're cult classics among people who actually play fighting games.
