I feel like Dragon Quest 6 was second-longest after 7, which makes sense as the same developers made both.

Tengai Makyo 2 was pretty stacked in content for the year it was made.

If you count them as one game, Super Robot Wars F and F Final.
Even stand alone they are quite long.

dq viii isnt that long. took me 45 hours to beat the main campaign when I played recently which is pretty standard. I gave up on dq vii 60 hours in and I wasnt even close to the end. I hadnt even recruited all of the party members yet.

DQVIII took me like 60 hours to beat I think and I usually beat games really fast, at least when comparing my time to other people and HLTB. I mean I did beat the Dragovian stuff as well but I doubt leveling up to whatever level was required for that supoerboss took that long. 45 hours is really impressive

From the Tengai Makyo series (+ spin-offs), I believe Ziria, zero (the SFC one) and Oriental Blue received a translation patch. The ones I’m really looking for, Manjimaru and The Fourth Apocalypse, did not.

If one were to tie all of Lulu's belts together, the result would be rather long
