>>11867706 (OP)The huge scale of the game is awesome and makes cool use of 3D when you take the time to zoom in, but everything is kind of hard to see most of the time, especially if you don't have a good monitor. You'll be looking at icons, not units. It trains you to focus more on production and economy than the units themselves most of the time, and has a fair amount of rock paper scissors going on.
The campaign solely rewards turtling and overpreparation before completing any objectives, and SC:FA even more so. Not that thrilling.
Multiplayer with FAF on the other hand is nuts.

Overall I think of it like a generic version of titan-scale 40k battles, with a fairly active pvp community and without the unbalanced nonsense that comes with DOW Soulstorm/mods to get it to that scale.
