Geez even when playing AA on actual hardware through an upscaler with progressive scan the game still looks like shit.
If capcom was smart they could have incorporated 240p mode in these collections.

It's not ideal but you can hex edit the iso of alpha anthology to force 240p on real hardware. It's also possible with the Darkstalker's collection and most SNK compilations among others.

Lossless scaling and crt glass are neat!
