Okay niconico only seems to have the same longplay video that's on YouTube. That video ends the game missing 2 health pickups, so somewhere along the way I got one more than him. To boot, I've gotten every pickup that he got too. So we're both missing the final one. I genuinely think they forgot to include it in the game and that 100% is impossible. I saw another poster on an old gamefaqs thread say they never got past 99% either
