No and they never will be. Retro isn't just defined by time passed but by a difference in style, and there is no difference between 7th gen and today.

Maybe Galaxy 2. The only thing worth saying about the galaxy games is how braindead they are. They make you play for 50 hours until they finally stop the gimmicks and start throwing a little challenge at you, and then the game is over like an hour later

The industry has trained me to not touch games until they're "dead" and cold. If i see anything about a "season pass" i move on and check back in a few years

If or once they are, it will probably follow the previous rules and permit all 7th gen game discussion. I would also hope for a more clarified “year cutoff” than what we have with the current rules, especially in regards to PC games.
