PSP vs PS1 Undub.
SobI want to replay VP. I already beat it on ps1 ages ago with the dub.
After hearing the ost gave me a rush to replay bit undub.
I read that the ps1 udub is full of glitches and you have to switch to the normal rom in certain parts so now I consider the psp since it apparently works and the new 3dcg videos could be interesting but read that it has some issues.
What are the gameplay related issues? I dont care about graphic or audio quality issues.

psp is much easier to works with, the undub is as perfect as it can be.
the downside has nothing to do with the undub, but the psp version itself.
it is based on the japanese version of the game, so some qol added on the us release is missing, other than that nothing has changed.

I dont mind doingb stuff the old fashioned way.
I am no stranger to play the sequel of a game before the first one which usually means no qol improvements.

I've played the PS1 Undub, and the main problem is that, if an enemy uses a skill during battle that has a voiceover, the game will hang 100% of the time. The first time this happens is probably during Chapter 4, with the mage boss. You can try to play the normal version and return to the undub after those bosses, but sadly they become very frequent after Chapter 4.
