SSF works better than mednafen and i'm tired of pretending otherwise.
also try Kronos if you want a higher resolution, but it's buggy on a lot of games.
some of the games in the previous post are great, some others are shit.

Mednafen and Mednaffe GUI is the best emulator. Beetle Saturn on Retroarch is also a good choice.

Some people might prefer Yaba Sanshiro or Kronos for 3D games, and that's fine but they're janky emulators and don't work well with every game.

Some people swear by SSF so it's worth trying out but last I tried it its UI was fucking dreadful and iso loading was a bigger pain in the ass than it needed to be.
