Hello retro, I'm trying to remember an old megadrive game I used to play. Key points =
> Isometric view
>characters were punk looking with big guns, shades, piercings ect
>you controlled one character with AI controlling another
>characters had stats like intelligence when you picked them
>was a shoot and kill everything kinda game
>lots of city terrain
