Places that were once normal to gen Xers and Millennials are now seen as "2spooky" to zoomers and gen alpha, it's similar to how clowns and ventriloquist dummies entertained the shit out of silent gen and boomers, but then came to freak out gen x and millennials.
Give it time, if the whole recent sexualization of clown shit has taught us anything, a generation from now will start getting turned on by liminal spaces and shit, I've already seen pool rooms shit get fetishized.

The truth is a lot of us were scared of shit that was not meant to be scary, we just didn't have specific words to explain the particular feeling.
Me, I celebrate younger people discovering old stuff and appreciating it in their own way, there is literally nothing wrong with it.

>Is that a gmod RP map? I'm scared! The author is probably dead now, and there's a slim chance it was suicide or something, I'm losing my fucking mind!
That's what this shit seems to boil down to.

Early 3D games were often quite eerie. Zoomers are just being gay about it.

That makes sense. Water is objectively sexy.

This made me scream out of true terror at age 6. My dad calmed me down by explaing what a glitch was.

I guess that's a good point, I remember when I used to read Computer Stupidities at Rinkworks, most of the stories there seemed insane.

To explain what pool rooms are, imagine an indoor pool building, but it's a never ending labyrinth
I've at least seen furry inflation art use it as a setting multiple times
