Alien Soldier is a shitty meme game with the most garbage controls seen in an action game and some of the most unbalanced and nonsensical game mechanics. Dynamite Headdy and Gunstar Heroes are both better.
I couldn't get into Sonic 3 at all, but I can respect it.

I would keep Hard Corps and add Streets 2, Rocket Knight, and Revenge of Shinobi instead

Gunstar Heroes isn't even that good, the random drops and weapon balancing are pure unmitigated ass. Alien Soldier isn't just Treasure's best game on the Genesis, it's arguably their best game ever.

Anyway Treasure's best games are the ones where they avoid their silly shitpost style and just focus on making a tightly-designed action game instead. Alien Soldier was the first of these, and arguably the most ambitious. Sin and Punishment, Radiant Silvergun and Ikaruga follow the same mindset.

Not that bad honestly. You picked the correct Mario, Final Fantasy and Donkey Kong games and you at least put DQ over Chrono Shitter. Romancing SaGa 2 and Super Metroid could easily replace FE and DQ though.
Rocket Knight Adventures could replace any of the games on the bottom.
