Why arenโt the retro Captain Tsubasa games talked about more often here? Share your experiences with them, and what got you into this fantasy football series.
And before you say, โHurr durr, American website, no one here cares about your unsophisticated sport,โ Iโm sure there are plenty of Latin Americans and Europeans whoโve watched the show, read the source material, or played some of the video game adaptations, and would actually want to discuss Captain Tsubasa on /vr/.

Is that PS2 one good?
Argie here, back in the early 90s me and my friends learned hiragana without knowing we were learning hiragana by writing down the menues and passwords of Captain Tsubasa 1&2 for Famicom.
Then I played Tsubasa III for SNES on emulators later, great game too. The multiplayer is very addictive.
>>11886129I never watched or read it and I assumed it was shit but, Zidane and Iniesta liked it so maybe it wasn't totally shit. I bet it's better than that Blue lock slop
>>11886113This, also we didn't get Oliver y benji game
in the 90s we got 8 bola de dragon games, 2 sailor moon games, 1 mazinger game, but none of the oliver y benji ones.
>>11886129Talking about any anime that's more popular outside of the US gets you called spic latinx latrine etc
It can only be an old Japan only anime that makes you feel cool and edgy, or shit that aired on Toonami in the late 90's decades after it ended
>>11886089 (OP)No release outside of Japan.
Pic related was the exception.
Also III > V > J > IV
>>11886089 (OP)Captain Tsubasa's got some gems over the years, it's cool to see a thread for it. I hope Blue Lock gets some in the future too.
