You can vibrate your finger and tap super fast, but honestly I don't think it's good for your hand in the long run. I used to do all the parts like this in games for my brothers because I was good at tapping fast, like the Metal Gear Solid torture scene.

Try Konami Track and Field for NES. I had to rubberband a ruler to the pad to flick the buttons fast enough to beat many of the events.
