Gunstar super heroes has a warning screen before one of the bosses that failing will delete your save (it's a joke)

Does the Kirby's Dreamland level in Kirby's Adventure count? I'd say it qualifies as humor given how they made the whole level, including the status bar, black and white.

fish fillets (original, not NG) has a the two main characters constantly talking directly to the player. when i was little, one of the fish once said to not turn off the computer after i'm done playing, because it gets dark and she's scared.
